House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has called for White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor to testify about President Biden’s mental state.
Concerns Over Debate Performance
In a letter sent Sunday, Comer highlighted President Biden’s recent debate performance against former President Donald Trump, expressing concerns over Biden’s health and cognitive fitness. The Kentucky Republican noted that the president appeared unwell during the debate, stumbling over his words and losing his train of thought. Biden attributed these issues to being exhausted but maintained that he is fit for the job and will not step down.
