Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck listed their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion with top realtor Santiago Arana.
They have decided to sell their $60 million Beverly Hills property, which they purchased last year. The couple, who have been ‘living apart’ for weeks, bought the house after exploring over 80 residences together to find the ideal marital home for their blended family.
Amid speculations that the couple’s divorce is ‘imminent,’ a source informed TMZ that their realtors have been showing the house for roughly two weeks but have yet to find a buyer. The informant stated that ‘they’re asking roughly $65 million for the house.’
The outlet stated that the Oscar winner, 51, and singer, 54, would incur a ‘loss of millions of dollars’ due to the ‘significant money’ they invested in improvements. According to TMZ, Lopez is ‘already looking for a new property,’ while Affleck lives in a $100,000-per-month rental in Brentwood, near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
The description of the property characterizes the Wallingford estate, where it is located, as an exclusive 6-acre promontory. The lot contains not only the main building but also a neighboring guest home with 10,000 square feet of space and a caretaker house.
There are 15 car garages and 80 parking spaces, as well as an outdoor sports complex with basketball, pickleball, a gym, a boxing ring, a bar, and a 150-degree zero-edge pool.
